5. We use voip services from orthovoip. We get call pop and phycisal phone ringing at the same time and we are able to see if its an existing patient or a new patient calling. This helps our staff weed out important calls. We are also able to send text messages now from our office phone and able to see how our staff does in terms of customer and patient care.
